Minneapolis, Minnesota — January 19, 2016 — Valspar has announced the launch of the Legacy line. Legacy EC21 Clearcoat is a new, low 2.1 VOC, European style, polyurethane clearcoat with a 2:1 mix ratio.
According to a statement from Valspar, EC21 is formulated for ease of application with outstanding durability, flow and leveling. The company also says that EC21 Clearcoat provides fast dry and polish times with exceptional gloss. The Legacy line also includes a range of universal activators, and a range of hardeners for EC21.
Valspar has also recently announced updates to the House of Kolor website at houseofkolor.com. Valspar says the new website has been designed with the customer in mind, featuring a user-friendly experience with improved navigation, detailed product information, technical documents, videos and access to all social media accounts on one page.
The new site includes products, purchase information, tips and inspiration through an all new way to access House of Kolor paint formulas. Colours can be filtered by finish, colour, VOC compliance, product line, carrier basecoat, FX Effects or Kandy concentrate. Colours are searchable by formula number as well.
