Collision? Click: FNOL app Retyrn joins CIECA, standards to be updated into app

Toronto, Ontario — CIECA is excited to welcome it’s newest member, Retyrn, to it’s ranks, according to a press release from Tuesday.

A consumer-facing accident reporting company based in Palo Alto, CA, Retyrn was established in 2019 to develop a mobile app that allows consumers to report a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and is set to employ CIECA standards on its upcoming new release.

“When setting up the business, market research involving body shops led to the discovery of CIECA. We saw CIECA as a leader in the SaaS (Software as a service) product market space,” said project leader, Myles Long.

“As far as the standards and their importance, we felt the foundation that CIECA has built is really a trusted processor of information that works for all of the industry segments. It gives us and will give our clients a much-needed trust to report their accidents on our platform.”
