Toronto, Ontario – On Thursday, CIECA held a webinar discussing change in the collision repair industry, and how to keep up with constant developments in tech, training and tooling.
This webinar featured Ryan Taylor, Founder of BodyShop Booster and a Canadian hailing from Canmore, Alta. According to CEICA, he as advised and coached thousands of bodyshops, OEMs and Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
At the webinar, Taylor discussed upstream thinking as a problem-solving methodology to solve challenges such as staffing and supply chain issues, and frameworks to help shops adapt to today’s digital landscape and modern technological advancements.
Finally, he highlights the military using change as a catalyst for growth and advancement, rather than an impediment.
