Laval, Quebec -- On Friday, leaders of the collision repair sector in Quebec came together for an evening filled with delicious drinks, tasty treats, plenty of networking opportunities and a family friendly stand-up show.
Held at the André-Mathieu Theatre in Laval, the event was open to members of the collision industry and co-hosted by the Corporation des carrossiers professionnels du Québec and Avantage. It proved to be an enormous success with more than 70 percent of the available tickets sold more than a week before it was held.
Guests enjoyed a drinks and appetizers prior to the performance from comedian Pierre-Luc Pomerleau. The Quebec-born account-turned-comedian is recognized for his impressions and self-deprecating humor about his klutziness.
Founded in 1998, the CCPQ is the professional association for Quebec's collision industry. The corporation has established partnerships with national programs, including a successful collaboration with the Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program that began in 2018 and has seen over 300 repair shops participate.
