Simplicity Car Care has opened three new Concierge locations in Calgary, Montreal and Gatineau, expanding its network across Alberta and Quebec.
The new locations include Simplicity Car Care Avenida Concierge in southeast Calgary, Simplicity Soins d’Auto Montreal Decarie-Van Horne and Simplicity Soins d’Auto Gatineau-Hull.
“Bringing our Concierge service model into these vital corridors reinforces our commitment to expanding value for both our insurer partners and vehicle owners,” said Domenic Ieraci, CEO of Simplicity Car Care.
The Calgary location, at 619-12445 Lake Fraser Dr. SE, is the third Calgary facility operated by franchise partners Arik Hasson and Paolo De Gaetano. The location offers detailing, paint protection film applications and access to collision repair services.
In Montreal, the new location at 6100 Boulevard Decarie is operated by existing franchise partner Bassem, who also operates Simplicity Car Care Montreal North. The facility is located in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.
The Gatineau location, at 165 Jean-Proulx St., is operated by Rony Haddad, director general of Simplicity Car Care Ottawa Airport. The bilingual facility expands the network’s presence into the Outaouais region and is backed by Haddad’s OEM certifications.
The Concierge format is designed as an intake location, with drop-off and rental vehicle coordination handled through the centre before the vehicle proceeds through the repair process.
