NOVUS Crystal Glass has opened its first location under the new banner, with the Abbotsford, B.C., service centre marking the first launch since NOVUS Glass and Crystal Glass announced their strategic partnership in 2025.
The location is operated by the Davis Collision Group, a family-owned organization based in Lethbridge, Alta., which operates nine Fix Auto collision repair centres across British Columbia and Alberta.
The group has provided glass services for more than 20 years through its Fix Auto Abbotsford East location. The new facility separates the glass operation from the collision repair business and provides dedicated windshield replacement, stone chip repair and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration services.
“It was important for us to renew our focus on this segment by creating a dedicated glass facility,” said Ben Alleckna, director of operations for the Davis Auto Group. “The NOVUS Crystal Glass model, backed by Fix Network, provides the systems, support and brand recognition needed to help us grow our business while continuing to deliver exceptional service to customers.”
The new location is the first to launch under the NOVUS Crystal Glass banner since the partnership between NOVUS Glass and Crystal Glass was announced in 2025.
The partnership brings together NOVUS Glass’ automotive glass repair and franchising operations with Crystal Glass’ established presence across Western Canada. As part of the transition, 12 Crystal Glass locations and five NOVUS Glass locations in British Columbia are moving to the new banner.
With the Abbotsford opening, the network now has 18 service centres in B.C.
For Fix Network, the launch also represents an expansion opportunity for existing franchise operators.

Krieger said the partnership is intended to create additional growth opportunities while providing automotive glass and ADAS services through the combined network.
The Abbotsford location is the first tangible launch of the NOVUS Crystal Glass banner and will be followed by the transition of additional locations in B.C.
