Toronto, Ontario — Bannister Group Equipment and Service announced earlier this month that it has completed its acquisition of automotive equipment distributor AutoQuip Canada.
AutoQuip Canada distributes products for a number of leading automotive brands, including Garmat USA, Eurovac and Wedge Clamp Systems.
With this acquisition, AutoQuip Canada will join the ranks of Bannister Group subsidiaries RS Finishing Systems, Airpipe Canada and 1833Boothclean.

AutoQuip’s president Roger Turmel and his entire team will remain on staff while under new ownership, according to the Bannister Group’s press release.
