TD Insurance has partnered with selected vendors to offer auto insurance customers a one-stop shop solution for auto collision repairs.
Set to roll out February 2, selected locations will allow TD auto insurance customers to file a claim, drop off their vehicle and have it appraised and repaired. In the aim to maintain a convenient and streamlined experience, an onsite TD Insurance adjuster will be assigned to each claim and act as the sole contact throughout the process. Car rental services will also be provided.
“We appreciate that being in a car accident is stressful enough,” says TD Insurance Vice President Craig Richardson. “We are proud to be leading the market in offering this new, complete one-stop shop concept for auto collision repairs in Canada.”
The first TD Insurance site to offer the service is located at 4700, 1st Street SE in Calgary, AB. The site will extend their operating hours, running Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Not only does this initiative allow us to deliver critical repairs in a timely manner, TD Insurance employees will also be able to serve customers directly onsite, ensuring that we meet all our customers’ needs, providing them with a more comfortable, convenient and caring experience,” Richardson says.
