HGregoire Expands Its Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers now have seven days to fall in love with their new car

SAINT-EUSTACHE, Quebec–(BUSINESS WIRE)–HGregoire has extended the length of its satisfaction guaranteed, money back program from three to seven days. A customer who purchases a vehicle from HGregoire now has up to seven days or 400 KM to request an exchange or a full refund.

“Customer satisfaction is our number one priority,” says John Hairabedian, president of HGregoire Automotive Group. “We’re clearly seeing an increase in online transactions and we felt an extension was the right thing to do to ensure the best possible customer experience.”

The guarantee is available at HGregoire Group pre-owned car dealerships, whether the purchase is made in-store or online. Thanks to the company’s ever-expanding online platform, a customer can purchase a vehicle entirely online, have it delivered to their home, and test drive it for seven days or 400 KM.

Given the importance of a car purchase in the life of its customers, HGregoire has implemented a growing system and protocols in terms of inspections, safety, quality and servicing. With the company’s 150-point inspection, on average only twenty percent of all cars received by the company make it to the real or virtual showroom, helping to ensure customer satisfaction.

To introduce the extended guarantee, HGrégoire has launched a digital advertising campaign in both languages, as well as a social media contest.
