Toronto, Ontario — August 30, 2019 — Andy’s Auto Wreckers, an auto parts recycling facility in London, Ontario have just opened the city’s first U-Pull-It self-service yard. The Gold Seal company has been serving the community for more than 35 years, which it plans to continue along with this additional service.
By paying a flat rate, hand-on customers can enter the salvage yard in search of auto parts that they can remove themselves for a reduced part cost as opposed to paying more for the recycling service to retrieve and stock the part on a shelf. It is a way to reward more knowledgeable customers with a better offer on used parts, as well as giving them the thrill of a treasure hunt.
Andy’s Auto Wreckers held a BBQ last weekend in celebration of the U-Pull-It yard’s launch, where they offered complimentary entrance into the yard for all attendees. It is located at 1760 Pension Lane, London Ontario.
