The Automotive Recyclers Association is releasing the first ten episodes of a new podcast, ARA Unscripted.

The podcast, which is focused on interviews with professionals working across the automotive recycling sector is hosted by Vince Edivan, the association’s director of business development, based in Manheim, Pennsylvania.

The series is structured as long-form conversations that examine the personal and professional backgrounds of its guests. The initial lineup includes Jonathan Morrow, owner of M&M Auto Parts in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who discussed the development of his family business and his role as a past president of the association. Greg Condon, owner of Condon’s Auto Parts in Westminster, Maryland, discussed his experience moderating industry discussions and establishing the Professional Salvage Yard Information Forum.

Peace Ike, a culture consultant based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, addressed workplace dynamics, including communication and management practices. Emil Nusbaum, vice-president of strategy and government affairs for the association in Washington, D.C., outlined his career progression from operating a family business to working in policy and advocacy.

Additional episodes feature JC Cahill, who discussed his career across consulting and operations, including time with LKQ Corporation. Marty Hollingshead, owner of Northlake Auto Recyclers in Hammond, Indiana, reviewed changes in the industry over several decades and his involvement with the association.

Financial and operational topics are covered by Bret Buike of National Reinsurance in Cleveland, Ohio, and Mike Kunkel, a Florida-based consultant whose work includes the application of artificial intelligence in sales processes. Scott Robertson, owner of Robertson’s Auto Salvage in Wareham, Massachusetts, discussed his experience operating in the salvage sector and his previous leadership roles.

The tenth episode features Paul 'The Recall Guy' D’Adamo, recall yard manager at Rebuilders Automotive Supply in Rhode Island. The discussion included his work overseeing the Takata airbag recovery program and his background as a business owner and consultant.

The podcast is available through standard streaming platforms as part of the association’s communications and member engagement efforts.
