Simplicity Car Care franchise partners Ravmat “Ray” Rahim and Zaheeda took part in the Discover Georgina Show earlier this month, engaging with residents and community groups at the two-day event in Keswick.

The event, held at the Georgina Ice Palace, brought together businesses, service providers and organizations from across the municipality.

"We want to extend a huge shoutout and congratulations to Ray and Zaheeda for their tireless dedication," said Domenic Ieraci, CEO of Simplicity Car Care. "Working passionately to enrich both the community where you work and the community where you live is a true masterclass in local leadership."

Rahim and Zaheeda, who operate a Simplicity Car Care location in Richmond Hill, but live in Georgina, participated as exhibitors while connecting with attendees in the community where they also live.

Simplicity Car Care said the appearance reflected its broader franchise model, which encourages owners to build customer relationships beyond their immediate market areas and to take part in community events in the regions where they live and work.

The company also noted that engagement at events such as the Discover Georgina Show can help strengthen recognition and trust for franchise partners across neighbouring communities, with local residents responding positively to business owners who are active in community initiatives.

According to Simplicity Car Care, Rahim and Zaheeda spent the weekend speaking with residents, business owners and community groups.

Organized by the Georgina Chamber of Commerce, the Discover Georgina Show brings together local businesses and organizations to showcase services and connect with residents.

Founded in 2017, Simplicity Car Care operates more than 100 locations across Canada and continues to expand across North America.
