Bouthillette’s Boost: Fix Network names Sonia Bouthillette as VP of Canadian operations

Blainville, Quebec — Sonia Bouthillette has been appointed vice president of operations for Fix Auto Canada.

Bouthillette will be reporting to Sylvain Seguin, Fix Network’s Executive Vice President (Canada) and will be based at the Fix Network national head office in Blainville, Quebec. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the network’s operational efficiencies in the collision repair business across Canada. She will also work closely with the national team to develop strategies that support franchisees and drive their operational excellence.

Bouthillette is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years in the automotive industry, said Fix Auto. She joined the company’s Canadian operations in 2009 as director of insurance relations and has held several regional and national roles over the years within the sales and operations functions. Before being promoted to the new role, she served as the national director of performance and compliance for Canada.

“We are thrilled to promote Sonia to Vice President of Operations,” said Seguin. “Sonia is an innovative problem-solver who has always provided outstanding leadership and financial oversight to the network for the past 12 years.
