Impact Wrench is a cordless tool designed automotive technicians who need high torque for fastening and anchoring applications. With a 1/2 in. square drive with detent pin for secure socket retention, this Bosch impact wrench delivers 2,213 in./lbs. of torque.
Bosch says the IWMH182 Impact Wrench features a compact design that offers increased maneuverability in tight spaces and extended comfort in all-day applications. The tool weighs 3.6 lbs. and has a head length of 6.4 in.
“A compact design doesn’t mean less power, at least as far as the Bosch IWMH182 is concerned,” says Tim Truesdale, Product Manager, Cordless for Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. “This is a tough tool with the power to meet tough jobs. But that compact size comes in handy when angles are difficult or space is compact.”
A statement from the company says the Bosch IWMH182 is equipped with an EC brushless motor that requires no scheduled maintenance and delivers longer motor life versus a standard motor. A three-LED light design provides illumination of the work area without shadows.
