Belron Canada acquires Speedy Collision

Belron Canada has acquired Speedy Collision, a network of 24 collision centres.

Montreal, Quebec — December 29, 2016 — Belron Canada has announced the acquisition of Speedy Collision, a network of 24 franchise collision centres located across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

“This acquisition will allow our business partners to gain efficiency in having one point of contact for both their glass and collision repair needs,” said Ralph Hosker, President at Belron Canada. “This will facilitate a better understanding of their changing business needs, their claims challenges and how we can keep improving our service offering together. We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues in the Belron family.”

Belron Canada and Speedy Collision will continue to operate in their current physical locations under their respective banners.

Belron Canada owns the Speedy Glass, Lebeau Vitres d’auto, DURO, Apple Auto Glass and Broco Auto Glass banners.
