Oakville, Ontario — September 16, 2013 — Assured Automotive helds its annual golf tournament at Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville, Ont. Over 130 golfers came out to help Assured Automotive raise over $15,000 for the Michael “Pinball” Clemons Foundation. Partners from across the auto claims economy, including insurers, manufacturers, suppliers and dealers, came together with the executive team and other staff from Assured Automotive to help make the day a success.
Assured Automotive operates more than 40 collision repair facilities across Ontario. The Michael “Pinball” Clemons Foundation strives to reach the most under resourced individuals at home and around the world.This purpose is served by supporting a number of other organizations, such as Free the Children, Ronald McDonald House, the George Brown Scholarship program, Sky’s the Limit and Habitat for Humanity.
The day concluded with dinner and awards for outstanding performance on the green. Awards were given out for Men’s and Women’s Longest Drive, Men’s and Women’s Closest to the Pin, Winning Foursome and the Most Honest Award, given to the foursome with the highest score.
