Toronto, Ontario — October 2, 2018 — This week, Color Compass announced that former CFLer Dave Black will be joining the company team – the sales team, that is. As the new Canadian national account manager, the former Winnipeg Blue Bomber will be tasked with enhancing Color Compass’s market position within Canada. His efforts will focus on building customer and network relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.

While Black may be most famous for his career as an offensive lineman, he has also been a member of the automotive refinishing industry for more than a decade, until recently serving as a key account manager with 3M Canada.

A member of the Blue Bombers Hall of Fame, Black’s football career, which lasted from 1985 to 1996, also saw him play for the Ottawa Rough Riders and the Edmonton Eskimos. He is remembered best for catching a 71-yard pass in 1993 while playing for Edmonton.

Black is also a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and Michigan State University.
