Toronto, Ontario – February 26, 2019 – 3M Canada handed its 2018 Rick Berg Award to Ian Jacob, the senior sales representative in 3M’s automotive aftermarket division for the Eastern region.
The Rick Berg Award is named after a former 3M Canada business manager for the Automotive Aftermarket Division who passed away in 2010. Berger was well-known to the industry through his work at 3M Canada and the Automotive Industries Association board of directors.
The award is given out every year to a 3M sales representative that exhibits the highest level of customer service performance and sales professionalism in the automotive aftermarket division.
“I’m proud to add my name as the recipient of the Rick Berg Award. I want to share this award with my colleagues, it wouldn’t be possible without the help and support of the entire 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division team,” said Jacob.
Jacob has been working in the automotive aftermarket industry for nearly 15 years. With his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, 3M Canada said he was the perfect candidate for the award.
“His years of consistent positive results is a testament to the honour of winning the Rick Berg Award,” the company wrote in a press release.
