Introducing Axalta’s new colour targeting program

Toronto, Ontario — August 15, 2018 — Axalta is investing in a color targeting program to capture the colours of the new 2019 model year vehicles.

With the new vehicles hitting the road next year, it’s particularly important for collision repairers to be knowledgeable of the new colours that are going into production.

The Axalta’s colour team is widening its colour data collection, so collision repairers can be prepared with the information they need to refinish a newer vehicle.

“For consumers who have had a collision, their vehicle’s appearance post-repair is extremely important,” said Troy Weaver, vice president, Axalta North America Refinish.

“By having high quality color matches available as soon as new colors enter the market, collision centers can complete high-quality repairs of late model vehicles with Axalta’s refinish products to get consumers back on the road quickly,” he added.
