CARSTAR opens new location in Toronto

Hamilton, Ontario — December 2, 2014

CARSTAR Automotive Canada has announced the opening of CARSTAR Toronto Millwick. This newest centre is located at 51 Millwick Drive in Toronto, Ontario.

CARSTAR Toronto Millwick is owned by a team of three partners. Leslie Chan and Raymond Commisso have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, 25 as partners, and operate two successful restaurants in Toronto. They partnered up with Ralph Andreacchi who has 25 years in the automotive industry, eight of which have been in the collision industry.

“We joined CARSTAR for three main reasons; we felt a strong fit with the CARSTAR family feel, CARSTAR has great people who offer tremendous support and we feel that national brands are the way of the future,” says Andreacchi. “We knew we wanted to be a part of all of that.”

The 7,500 sq. ft. centre has a state-of-the-art spray booth and brand new frame machine. In addition to collision repair they offer glass repair and replacement as well as car detailing. With a team of five employees the ultimate goal is to provide the best customer service and comfort during the entire process. They offer customers Discount rental cars on-site, valet services and car pick-up and drop-off with a flatbed tow truck.

“We will even do estimates off-site for customers who cannot make it into the store,” says Andreacchi. “We want to go above-and-beyond for our customers.”

Community is also an important theme for these franchise partners. Andreacchi is very involved in local youth soccer as manager and assistant coach at the Richmond Hill Soccer Club. While Chan and Commisso are very involved with Canadian Tire’s Jump Start program as well as SickKids Hospital in Toronto.
