The agreement will see Clarity provide FABA members with operational support and business tools, including training in KPI tracking, margin optimization, workflow analysis and customer service practices. The partnership also includes advocacy support for legislative efforts tied to insurance reimbursement.
Clarity is positioning itself as a support platform for independent repairers in the U.S., offering access to centralized insurer negotiations, real-time analytics and group purchasing programs, while allowing shops to keep their own branding.
“Together, we’re laying the groundwork for long-term stability and success in Florida’s repair market,” said Eric Gass, Clarity’s recently appointed brand development manager.
Florida is the first region targeted in Clarity’s U.S. rollout. Simplicity Car Care grew to more than 100 Canadian locations after launching in 2017. The company has identified Florida’s high repair volume, skilled trades funding and active legislative landscape as key factors in its market selection.
Founded in 2023, FABA has become an active advocate for Florida repairers, partnering with national groups like the Society of Collision Repair Specialists and supporting workforce training programs across the state.
Clarity and FABA say the partnership is intended to give independent shops tools to improve profitability while keeping up with the demands of modern collision repair.
