Toronto, Ontario -- Three rebranded automotive repair facilities in the Greater Toronto Area have officially joined the Fix Network, marking a new chapter for second-generation shop owner Louie Riccelli.
The locations – ProColor Collision Vaughan Central, Fix Auto York Mills and NOVUS Glass York Mills – are the latest evolution of a family-run business with more than 50 years of history. First founded in 1973 by Riccelli’s father, Elio, the company has grown into a multi-site operation under Louie’s direction, offering collision, mechanical – and now – glass repair services.
Riccelli’s decision to partner with Fix Network brings his long-standing facilities under three of the network’s banners, consolidating operations while broadening service capabilities. The addition of NOVUS Glass York Mills – located within the existing Fix Auto York Mills campus – marks the family’s entry into automotive glass repair and replacement.
Together, the two locations now serve customers across Vaughan, York Mills and surrounding areas, offering access to OEM-certified repairs, advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibrations, fleet servicing – and diagnostics and scanning – all under one roof.
In a recent press release, Fix Network representatives said the expansion reflects Riccelli’s commitment to modernization without losing the core values that have long defined the business – community focus, family involvement and consistency in service.
Zakari Krieger, vice-president of PrimeCarCare, praised Riccelli’s approach.
“Louie Riccelli is a premier operator in Canada’s auto repair industry – an entrepreneur who understands that success today means continually looking for ways to serve customers better,” said Krieger. “By integrating NOVUS Glass into his service offering, Louie is delivering even greater value and convenience to his clients, all while maintaining the exceptional standards that define his business. He exemplifies how collaboration and innovation pave the way for industry leadership.”
While the signage has changed, Riccelli says the values behind the counter remain the same.
“Joining Fix Network means elevating everything we do – our technology, our tools, our training and, most importantly, the support we give our clients and community,” said Riccelli. “It’s not just a rebranding; it’s an evolution. We’re combining the strength of trusted family values with the opportunities of a modern network, so we can serve the next generation even better.”
