Vancouver, B.C. -- A Langley auto repair centre is being rebranded luxury auto repair chain is opening a location near Vancouver.
A new Reborn Auto Body has been added to the Kirmac Collision located 732 SW Marine Drive in Vancouver, British Columbia. Both Reborn Auto Body and Kirmac Collision are divisions of Kirmac Automotive Collision Systems Inc.
The network's Reborn Auto Body locations offer specialized services tailored customers with higher-end vehicle models. The brand aims to distinguish itself by providing convenient services to customers, including a mobile assistance program providing damage assessments and repair planning directly at a customer's location.
The 2,500 square metre facility, which now houses both brands, was constructed on a high-exposure brownfield site near Vancouver Airport in 2023.
According to Reborn Auto Body president Sean McIntosh, Kirmac decided to add the second brand to the facility after it received BMW certification. He adds that while the branding may have changed, the facility's commitment to excellence would remain.
"Marine Drive was the first facility in B.C. to install a PPG Moonwalk system, as well as the first in North America to install Revo-Up," McIntosh says. "Revo-up is the latest and greatest electric infrared drying technology. We worked directly with Bellini in Italy to bring the equipment over."
The brand operates multiple locations across British Columbia, including facilities in Port Coquitlam, Vancouver as well as two in Langley. The other Langley facility is shared with Kirmac Collision and Autoglass and Fleet Street Commercial Vehicle Repairs, both of which are also owned by Kirmac Automotive Collision Systems Inc.
