Hamilton, Ontario — September 17, 2014 – Multi-store owner Arnold Dixon is the latest CARSTAR franchisee to open an Express location, CARSTAR Express Smiths Falls located at 145 Lombard Street in Smiths Falls.
Dixon has been with CARSTAR since 2007, operating collision centres in Brockville and Perth. He chose to join the CARSTAR network because of the strength of its national brand and its strategic partnerships with insurance partners.
CARSTAR Express Smiths Falls is managed by William Patterson, who has over 40 years of experience in the automotive and collision industry.
“We started looking at an opportunity to open an Express centre about a year ago when we found this great location,†says Patterson.
As with their collision centre, the goal at CARSTAR Express Smiths Falls is to provide quality collision repair and take care of the customer from start to finish.
“We are hoping to grow the business around this philosophy so that we can be the go-to location for auto care needs in the area,†adds Patterson.
