Designed to connect technicians, service writers and front-office staff, the Autel Cloud is designed to simplify how repair shops store, access and collaborate on diagnostic reports, live data, digital vehicle inspections and ADAS calibration results within a secure and connected environment.
The platform offers flexible storage options for every type of operation, from the free 5GB standard account available to all users to Professional (1TB), Advanced (3TB) and Enterprise tiers for high-volume repair networks. All plans include unlimited tool connections and secure cloud storage.

The Autel Cloud automatically syncs data from supported Autel diagnostic tablets, from the MX900 to the MS Ultra S2 including legacy models, and from service tools such as the ITS600, BT608 and TBE200. The platform gives technicians and managers a centralized hub to manage devices, software updates and customer information, keeping tools current and operations efficient.
Core features include advanced report management that allows users to locate scan reports, live data and service histories by VIN, customer name or technician, and to share results with customers or insurers for faster approvals.
It also provides comprehensive tool management, enabling users to organize and monitor all Autel diagnostic tools by shop or technician, manage software subscriptions and Total Care coverage, and track productivity across locations. Finally, it supports detailed customer and shop data management, allowing businesses to maintain secure records of vehicle data, alignment results and DVI reports to ensure continuity and compliance.
