Nashville, Tennessee — Hundreds of Canadian industry members were in Nashville last week as CSN Collision Centres held its 20th Anniversary conference at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
Day two of the event concluded with a lavish Gala and dinner, where CSN Collision Centres honoured some top performers in its network.
Facility of the Year went to CSN Chatham, which weathered several severe storms in the past year, yet remained resilient, streamlined and, of course, passionate about seeing the centre succeed.

“We can’t believe it,” Chris Jones, co-owner of CSN Chatham and Apex Autogroup, told Collision Repair immediately after the win. “This is truly such an honour—we have no words.”
In true industry fashion, both Jones and partner Tammy Johnson Blake were greeted by peers after accepting the award.
In addition to CSN Chatham, Jones and co-owner Ryan Johnson own three other CSN facilities: CSN Collision Chatham East, CSN Collision Tilbury and CSN Holmes.

Other facilities honoured were:
- CSN Elite (Customer Service award — British Columbia)
- CSN Reflections (Customer Service award — Alberta & Saskatchewan)
- CSN Dundas Valley (Customer Service award — Ontario)
- CSN Collision Clinic (Customer service award — Atlantic & Quebec)

- CSN Springfield (Sales Growth award — British Columbia)
- CSN Autolab (Sales Growth award — Alberta & Saskatchewan)
- CSN Walkerton (Sales Growth award — Ontario)
- CSN Keizer’s (Sales Growth award — Atlantic & Quebec)

Collision Repair extends its congratulations to all award winners.
CSN also raised funds for longtime charitable partner Make-a-Wish Canada; the network raised $25,000 for the foundation during its three-day event, via a raffle for WestJet flight vouchers. Three vouchers were handed out, with a top prize package featuring two fully-paid tickets to anywhere the airline travels.
