SaaS and AI platform provider CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. has added Autel as a provider within the CCC Diagnostics Network.
The announcement on July 22 reported that the integration will enable collision repair facilities using Autel’s diagnostic services to automatically deliver scan documentation into CCC ONE workfiles.
“As diagnostics become an increasingly critical part of modern vehicle repair, shops need efficient ways to manage the documentation that supports those services,” said Dan Risley, vice-president of market solutions, automotive services group at CCC, in the news release.
“Adding Autel to the CCC Diagnostics Network gives repairers another trusted option for capturing diagnostic information within the workflows they already use every day, helping reduce administrative effort while supporting more complete repair documentation.”
With the integration of Autel, repairers gain another way to deliver scan reports to the corresponding CCC ONE workfile, streamlining the documentation process and improving visibility into diagnostic activity.

According to CCC, activation is available through the Diagnostic Connections area of CCC ONE, which is found within the CCC ONE Settings, allowing Autel services to communicate with the platform. Diagnostic reports can automatically be associated with the right repair file once eligible Autel devices are enabled, minimizing manual uploads and document management.
