Tuesday Ticker: Tesla won’t hit production marks for Model 3

Tesla introduced one of the first Model 3 cars during an event earlier in 2017. Production has not come close to the marks CEO Elon Musk predicted, with some reports saying that bottlenecks are so bad workers are making some parts by hand.
