David Hosaki joined Solera | Audatex Canada in 2007 as a Field Services consultant, focusing on bodyshops. Today, he is responsible for the management of Compliance, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), AudaVIN and Estimating products for Canada. Prior to joining Solera | Audatex, David had over 25 years extensive experience in the bodyshop industry, managing two family-owned shops in addition to several years overseeing the insurance and claims management process as both a practitioner and solution provider. His work as a leader in technology operations, technical services and support, and training has led to significant improvement in customer satisfaction and optimization of best practices for several large insurers across Canada.

Michel Caron joined Solera | Audatex Canada in 2004 as the VP Sales for both the Insurance Claims and Collision Repair Services in. Michel leads the day-to-day sales operations of the business with a close product focus to address client’s needs through innovation and deliver world class service to customers. His extensive knowledge around claims processes, Audatex products and repair facility interactions enables him to see things holistically to drive optimal results.

Allison Rogers is a reporter and editor with Media Matters.
