Toronto, Ontario — Just in time for graduation season, Skills Ontario will be hosting its annual skills competition and Career Exploration Showcase in a virtual format, next Wednesday.
Geared toward high school, post-secondary and apprentices alike, the event is completely free and is set to run from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, making for a full day of valuable career-focused programming.
In addition to a number of exhibitions, demonstrations and networking opportunities, the Career Exploration Showcase will feature conferences led by and directed toward female-identifying and Indigenous people in the skilled trades industry, the former of which will be offered in both French and English.
