Toronto, Ontario -- The Toronto Motorsports Park is hosting the Police and Community Educating Racers Open Lap Day on October 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The event, which is open to the general public, offers both spectators and racing enthusiasts an opportunity to experience high-speed action in a controlled environment.
