A Reliable Relationship: Chapman Auto Body celebrates first Intact Service Centre in Atlantic Canada

Halifax, Nova Scotia — On February 4, 2025, Kelvin Campbell, owner of Chapman Auto Body, his team members and insurance partners, celebrated the grand opening of the first Intact Service Centre in Atlantic Canada.

More than 50 attended with the majority being insurance adjusting staff, managers and brokers from local and surrounding areas.

“We’re excited to move forward with Intact as a partner with our dedicated collision repair facility,” Campbell continued. “This will be a very streamlined process, given there is only one set of protocols as opposed to having several when it comes to having multiple DPRs under one location.”

Campbell says it’s valuable to connect with all levels of those working in the repair process in order to produce the best possible service.

“I’s very important we get to meet people that are directing the work to our facilities and showing them what we do, alongside meeting the staff that’s actually dealing with our mutual clients on a day-to-day basis. It’s vital to develop a strong communication network.”
