Lucas has been with 3M for nearly three years as a territory representative in the Automotive and Industrial division for the Greater Toronto Area. He touts more than eight years of experience in sales roles focused on the construction and beer industries. After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University, Lucas moved to Australia, where he managed and operated three restaurants before kicking off his sales career in Ontario.

Steven has been with 3M for more than ten years, beginning as a territory rep in the Niagara and Kitchener/Waterloo area before moving into sales management for the Ontario and Western Canada regions. He is responsible for a team of ten territory reps servicing the collision repair, marine and industrial spray solutions segments. Steven also played professional hockey for eight years in the United States, England and Italy.
