According to a statement from the company, Mitchell Parts will now seamlessly connect collision repair shops with their suppliers to streamline and automate the parts procurement process, benefiting all parties in the automotive claims and collision repair supply chain. Under the strategic alliance, the companies will deliver deep integration between the uParts platform and Mitchell’s UltraMate, Estimating and RepairCenter solutions. A statement in the official press release says this will empower both Mitchell and uParts customers with the only comprehensive solution designed to streamline their end-to-end parts procurement needs.
