Toronto, Ontario – March 8, 2019 – The Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada has named Caroline Lacasse as the new director of the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF).

“I’m very happy to join a team that has been recognized over the years for its positive impact on the collision repair industry across the country,” said Lacasse. “I look forward to continuing to apply my knowledge, experience, and skills towards making a significant contribution to the growth and sustainability of the industry.”

Lacasse has been involved in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, with a special focus on training and organizational development. During her career, she has worked as a collision repair technician and teacher, an I-CAR instructor, university lecturer, and as a training coordinator for CSMO-Auto in Quebec. She is currently the chairperson of the Quebec I-CAR Committee. 

Lacasse holds diplomas in collision repair and electronics, a certificate in adult learning from the University of Sherbrooke, and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Montreal.
