Newport Beach, California -- February 21, 2017 -- Verifacts Automotive has announced that Mike Anderson of Collision Advice will return as the guest on the next Guild 21 Conference Call. The call is scheduled for March 9, 2017 at 2 p.m. EST.

The most recent Guild 21 call featured George Avery, formerly of State Farm, discussing best practices for DRPs. For more on this, please see “George Avery offers guidance on DRPs.”

Anderson is well-known in the autobody industry as a speaker and consultant. He’s also been a guest on the Guild 21 call previously. In fact, his last appearance proved so popular and drew so much audience interaction that the presentation had to cut short due to time constraints. According to a statement from Guild 21, there are no plans to limit audience interaction for this call.

The Guild 21 call will focus on the relationships between repairers, insurers and OEMs, as well as looking at one of the hottest topics currently under discussion in the collision repair space: scanning and calibration.

Guild 21 Conference Calls are open to all members of the industry. You can register for the call at this link.
