John Eck has over 25 years of experience with General Motors. His topic during the conference call will be quality repairs.

Hamilton, Ontario -- May 11, 2016 -- Quality repairs will be the focus of the next Guild 21 Conference Call, scheduled for Thursday, May 12 at 2 p.m. EST. The guest for the call will be John Eck, Manager, Wholesale Dealer Channel for General Motors Customer Care & Aftersales. 

Eck has over 25 years of automotive aftermarket experience with General Motors. His experience is international, as he has held field, marketing and management positions in several business segments in Canada, the US and South Africa. In his current position with the company, Eck is responsible for managing the collision business, including GM Dealer wholesale parts strategies, programs and industry relationships.

Eck also represents GM in industry associations including the Collision Industry Conference (CIC). He serves as a member on the OEM Roundtable Board of Directors as well as on the I-CAR Board of Directors.
