Troy, Michigan -- February 15, 2016 -- Don Treschak of Treschak Enterprises has been named to AkzoNobel’s Vehicle Refinishes 2016 Distributor Council. Members of the Distributor Council are drawn from AkzoNobel’s distribution network to assist the company in establishing frameworks for business practices as well as providing inspiration for creating new polices, products and programs.

Treschak is the only Canadian on the list. His company, Treschak Enterprises, is headquartered in Welland, Ontario. Treschak Enterprises has served collision repair professionals in the Niagara, Hamilton-Wentworth, Burlington, Simcoe, Delhi and Brantford regions for over 30 years. Council members are asked to serve as ambassadors to other members of the AkzoNobel distribution network within specific geographic market sectors to ensure that information is received, delivered and comprehended in as equitable a manner as possible. The Council physically meets three times a year with intermittent conference calls to help bridge time gaps or address critical and immediate issues.
