Oakville, Ontario -- December 3, 2015 -- OEM certifications don’t just show that a collision repair facility can safely repair a certain company’s cars. They also show that the facility is dedicated to continuous improvement to be ready for future technology and they accomplish this through up-to-date training and investments in the latest equipment. CSN-Automacs Collision in Oakville, Ontario, is the latest facility to announce that it has earned these designations. The collision centre is now an Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facility and a Volkswagen Certified Collision Repair Facility.
“Our business objective was to solidify the relationships we have with local dealers, and to show that we’re engaged in continuous improvement,” says Adrian Ingoglia of CSN-Automacs Collision. “The more we continue to make our facility better and the more we train our people to understand and safely repair the latest vehicle technology, the more we can deliver on our promise to our customers and insurance partners.”
The new certifications are for steel structural repairs to Volkswagen and Audi brands.
"Steve, Adrian and their team have earned these certifications by showing that they have the dedication needed to make sure these vehicles are repaired to OEM safety standards," says Scott Wideman, Collision Program Manager for Volkswagen Group Canada. "They've demonstrated that dedication by their commitment to continuous improvement in terms of training and having the required equipment. We're glad to have them as a repair partner, and I would like to congratulate them on achieving this milestone."
Continuous improvement is a team effort, and management at CSN-Automacs Collision gives full credit to their team and the efforts they've made in earning these certifications.
"Our entire team worked extremely hard," says Ingoglia. "In particular, Santo Sarta worked very hard along with the other team members to make sure we achieved these new certifications."
CSN-Automacs Collision is equipped for non-structural aluminum repairs and is in the process of achieving this certification, including structural, for 2016.
