Toronto, Ontario -- September 26, 2014 -- CSN Collision Centres and Progi have announced a national agreement to implement ProgiSync. ProgiSync is Progi’s latest software solution enabling shops, insurers, and customers to quickly and easily book inspection appointments. This web-based program is being utilized by CSN repair facilities for conventional repair and catastrophe related inspection bookings.

“We are looking forward to realizing the benefits from this new powerful tool. The ultimate goal of CSN is to be the most attractive option to the customer. This will be a very strong step in that direction,” says Jay Hayward, Vice President of Operations at CSN.

A statement from CSN Collision Centres says ProgiSync allows CSN stores to effectively manage their appointment calendars and improve communication with their customers and insurance partners. The program significantly reduces phone calls and offers CSN pertinent management reporting. Insurers can monitor the estimate process and schedule inspections for their policyholders during the first notice of loss.

“We are excited to announce this agreement with CSN. We believe ProgiSync is a game changer in terms of improved customer communication and time management effectiveness for shops, insurers, and vehicle owners,” says Diane Chaîné, President of Progi. “CSN is a leader in the collision repair industry here in Canada. We are thrilled that they realise the benefits ProgiSync offers their stores.”
