Toronto, Ontario — CSN Collision Centre has announced two new hires, with Al McNeil joining as a field technical analyst and Jack Landry joining as an account manager.
According to a company press release, McNeil will support Western Canadian licensees as part of the organization’s field operations team.
He brings more than 28 years of experience, previously working for MSO as a group appraisal reviewer and process trainer. Prior to that role, McNeil owned and operated his own independent appraisal firm after a lengthy career with Intact Insurance as a field appraiser.
Landry’s new role has him responsible for maintaining growth with insurance partners, customers and licensees as part of the insurer relations team.
Previously, Landry spent more than two years in key account management for a leading aftermarket distributor operating in North America, Japan and the United Kingdom. Prior to that, Landry worked for more than six years for the largest global rental replacement network in a management role.
