ProgiSync is a digital appointment management platform developed by Progi, a Quebec-based company specializing in IT solutions for the insurance and collision repair industries. The software enables customers and insurance adjusters to book estimate appointments directly with repair shops, streamlining the scheduling process and enhancing efficiency.

The integration of ProgiSync into SGI's claims workflows was announced in February 2025. It offered a customized version tailored for SGI's claim appraisers. By April 2025, the solution was extended to all SGI-accredited collision repair shops in Saskatchewan, providing a centralized and simplified approach to managing repairs for all SGI customers.

ProgiSync offers several benefits to collision repair shops, including automated scheduling, enhanced visibility in SGI's system, streamlined workflows, and improved customer experience. The platform allows shops to manage appraisals, repairs, and drop-offs all in one place, saving administrative time and reducing no-shows through automated reminders.
