Toronto, Ontario — Say ciao to Roberto Sticca, general manager of CSN Collision Italy and IBIS’s newly appointed ambassador for the European automotive market.
Sticca earned his reputation as an auto industry expert over a number of years at large corporations like BMW Group, ING Group, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Lease Plan and Barclays Group, according to IBIS’s press release.
The international collision repair event group further recognized Sticca for his “strong understanding of the mobility, automotive repair and insurance market through a track record of success in customer service management.”
Sticca said, “I am honoured to become a part of this community of professionals supporting the IBIS Worldwide initiatives. We are all striving to build the most successful and sustainable future for the sector and the next generations.”
Chief executive of IBIS, Jason Moseley, added, “we are delighted to have someone of Roberto’s expertise and knowledge join our select group of IBIS ambassadors. The know-how he will bring helps drive further robust and informative content to the IBIS platform, particularly around the European bodyshop landscape.”
Just last week, IBIS also welcomed North American ambassador Mario Dimovski back into the fold, following a 12-month hiatus.
