HBC Vehicle Services Rebrands to IAA

Investment in the UK Market Will Drive Further Growth and Development

ESSEX, England–(BUSINESS WIRE)–IAA, Inc. (NYSE: IAA), a leading global digital marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers, today announced that its UK-based business unit HBC Vehicle Services (“HBC”) has rebranded as part of the global IAA brand. The rebrand reflects IAA’s commitment to investment, innovation and customer collaboration in the UK market.
