Toronto, Ontario – August 3, 2018 – A mobile app designer to help speed up the process of vehicle conditioning for insurance staff and independent appraisers is now available in Canada.
Solera Canada is a well-known provider of automotive claims, underwriting for information and part solutions to insurance carriers, repair facilities and government agencies. They announced their next GoTime product which is the GoTime Autosource app.
“… in Canada, staff appraisers are subject to extreme weather conditions—be it extreme cold in the winter or intense heat in the summer. This often makes it impractical to document a total loss at the vehicle itself,” said Roger Ryckewaert, Solera Canada’s vice president of professional services.
According to Solera, GoTime Autosource is designed to make it easier for appraisers to do their job on the go, no matter the weather. This ultimately means that consumers will be able to receive their appraisal faster, making it more convenient for everyone.
Other GoTime apps are said to be released in the near future. These apps are going to benefit other players within the collision repair industry.
“With the mobile technology age comes new ways of increasing the efficiency and productivity of appraisers and collision repair experts in the field, as well as delivering immediate and optimal communications to vehicle owners,” adds Ryckewaert.
