Toronto, Ontario — July 25, 2018 — A Scarborough bodyshop’s staff have distinguished themselves by returing to their posts barely a day after after a fire burst out in their shop.

After a 2 a.m. blaze on Tuesday ripped through part of the shop, and damaged a number of the vehicles on site, roads were closed while emergency vehicles put out the conflagration.

On Wednesday, the staff of T Dot Auto Collision in Scarborough, Ontario, bodyshop’s staff have returned to their work, refusing to let the news break their spirits.

“We’re still working, still busy,” said one shop employee. “It isn’t going to stop us from doing our work.”

On their arrival back at the store, some staff were relieved to have discovered that the damage was not quite as severe as the early news reports had seemed to suggest.

“It was contained to one area of the shop,” a staff member said. “It hasn’t interrupted our work.”

The store management team are now working with the police and the Ontario Fire Marshall to determine the source of the fire.
