drp, do our paper work, we have been overloaded with admin for the ins co .......rates, mark up on towing, its the first money out and the last to collect.....mark up on used parts, lots more

Find a way for the honest repair shops to unite and portray the industry as one that has integrity and can be trustworthy. To do this, they must be compensated fairly by there largest employer in most cases, the Insurance Industry. Only then can the cheaters be eliminated.

Handling $$$ tow bills and not authorized to put in mark up on it.
Ins. Co. taking discount off towing invoices when we bill them at cost.
Spending us to 2 - 3 hours on a total loss and no compensation from Ins. Co.
Large insurer's not permitting a labour rate increase for 4 years running - that's abuse.

Insurer pressure on our industry to do more with less
Compensation.
Inureers always looking for the lowest cost provider with little regard fo training, equipment or customer service , many preach it is all about the customer but actions tell a different story.
Insurers asking for volume rebates where repairers are already discounting labour

of course the door rates , as well as the growing list of included operations costing shops 3-4 up to 10 hrs on every repair job.Free estimating ,free car washes ,free storage,no charge for moving vehicles to dealers for re-coding sensors & so on
