Quebec, Quebec — Oct. 9, 2019 — Fix Network Canada gathered in its home province of Quebec for its annual regional meeting and supplier tradeshow. Over the course of a weekend, corporate staff and company partners attended meetings, training sessions and even a special presentation.
On Saturday, Sept. 12, Steve Leal, the CEO of Fix Auto, gave his welcoming remarks to around 200 guests, before organizing each of Fix’s brands into their own custom meetings–to cover everything from sales updates to brand marketing. With this approach, the coinciding meetings are able to cover more ground, allowing for partners to hear first-hand new strategies and updates that pertain to them. In the afternoon, the delegates regrouped to collaborate in team-building exercises.
Attendees were also granted the opportunity to view a presentation by Pierre Lavoie, creator of the Grand defi Pierre Lavoie (Pierre Lavoie Challenge). Lavoie distilled the message of his event–to challenge oneself into committing to a healthy lifestyle–into how it relates to pushing personal limitations to improve efficiency from a singular unit to a team as a whole.
Yves Roy, the regional vice president for Fix Auto Quebec, emphasized the importance of uniting his region’s partners in these yearly events.
“Bringing our entire Quebec team together each year is so important for our continued success and growth,” said Roy. “All of our brands are flourishing in Quebec and we want to ensure each franchise strategic partner has all the tools they need to succeed.”
