Toronto, Ontario — June 7, 2018 — Ohio-based Emax Air Compressor has released a new A.I. programmable reciprocating compressor which the company says is the first of its kind. To be released at this year’s National Hardware show, the product is said to provide users with the ability to program stationary air compressors up to 25HP.

Emax says users are able to program the day, date and hours of operation; set PSI and RPM ranges; choose continuous variable speed operation or start/stop; and can automatically set the time to drain the water from the air compressor tank. In addition, VFD compressors automatically shut down and/or provide maintenance warning messages when oil levels are low, and oil or filters need to be changed.

The EMAX Programmable Air Line also features a patent pending sound reduction system, the “Whisper Series Air Silencers,” which is said to reduce the volume of stationary compressors to below that of a normal conversation. To reduce energy consumption, EMAX says its engineers have  also developed a system to work with the sound reduction system that can lower the annual energy cost by $1000, and reduce repair costs as well.
