Lucas has been with 3M for nearly three years as a territory representative in the Automotive and Industrial division for the Greater Toronto Area. He touts more than eight years of experience in sales roles focused on the construction and beer industries. After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University, Lucas moved to Australia, where he managed and operated three restaurants before kicking off his sales career in Ontario.

Steven has been with 3M for more than ten years, beginning as a territory rep in the Niagara and Kitchener/Waterloo area before moving into sales management for the Ontario and Western Canada regions. He is responsible for a team of ten territory reps servicing the collision repair, marine and industrial spray solutions segments. Steven also played professional hockey for eight years in the United States, England and Italy.

Saad has been with AkzoNobel as a Services Consultant for Eastern Canada between 2004 and 2006, and has served as Key Account Manager since 2016, overseeing the company’s relationship with networks, banners, MSOs and major key players in the automotive industry. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Quebec in Montreal and earned his undergraduate from KEDGE Business School in France with a major in International Business. Saad is also a Certified Professional Accountant

Dave Woolley has 44 years experience in the collision repair industry, including 35 years as a collision technician and painter. He also held production management positions during that time, though, nine years ago Woolley found an opportunity to join AkzoNobel. For the last nine years, he has served as an account manager with the company, servicing the distribution points and end users across Ontario.

Todd has been with DEKRA Canada for five years, exclusively supporting the BMW Group Canada’s Certified Collision Repair Centre Program. Todd works as a field rep for the OEM’s Certified Collision Repair Centre (CCRC) program in both Ontario and Atlantic Canada. He has worked in the collision repair industry for more than two decades, starting his first role in the industry in 1998.

A longtime BMW enthusiast, Jonathan will have been with DEKRA Canada, working in support of BMW Group Canada's Wholesale Parts operations for six years this August, though he has long been a member of the automotive industry. For 12 years, Jonathan served in various roles at Bimmersport Automotive, including shop manager, technician and performance specialist. He also served as a Sales Representative for Altrom Canada for one year before starting his current role.

As VP of operations for CARSTAR’s Canadian arm, Tony leads a team of operations professionals and is responsible for leading the improvement of operational performance and store profitability for CARSTAR stores across Canada. Tony started his career in the collision and insurance industry in the late 90s as a Field Claims Adjuster with Progressive Insurance and has worked in several claims and leadership roles in Insurance Operations and Vendor Management. Tony has also served as a Naval Officer with the Royal Canadian Navy.

Amin Youssef is the general manager for LKQ Canada's Toronto West operations. He has been with the company since 2015.

Nimo carries more than 25 years of experience in career and employment services and has managed a number of school-to-work transition initiatives, as well as employment programs for a variety of individuals. She has worked in partnership with organizations in addressing the needs of youth in priority neighbourhoods, including pre-apprenticeship training program in collaboration with Centennial College.

Jeff Pabst has been with Pfaff Automotive since September 1991, serving as general manager and partner. Most recently, Jeff has played integral roles in the construction, design and operation of Pfaff's new collision centre, Pfaff Autoworks Markham. As a company, Pfaff boasts more than 15 dealerships across southern Ontario and two collision centres; the other in Vaughan, Ontario.
